What good breeder sells their puppies with full registration and full breeding rights? Most would not give full registration unless it was planned when they got the pups that they would be shown, or involved in some sport...and that would be in a contract.
Titles and health certs are required for most breeders before they would allow you to breed one of the dogs that they produced.
