Unfortunately as the other members have said as he isn't registered you cannot show him. If he were registered he would be DQ because of the fault, white in a rottweiler is a disqualifying fault.
Your best bet would be to have him neutered. Showing isn't everything, just love him, socialise him and train him and you'll have a friend for life.
