Thanks for the reply. Having him neutered is harder on me then it will be on him. But it has to be done. I had to wait a few to get approved for a low cost from a different vet and he is still on antibiotics also. He is now seven and has some prostate issues, mainly enlargement and then a bloddy discahrge.
It all started about 8 weeks ago with some bloody discharge, not a urinary type, much brighter red. And maybe their was a female in heat somewheres because he was getting erections at night and released on a few occasions only to find some bloody discharge, really a mess.
Other then that, no fever, eating and drinking is okay, walking good, etc. So, if the procedure helps him with these problems, great, if not, have to move forward with an ultrasound.
