I have seen litters that have had a white patch on their chest.....I've never seen a white patch or white markings other than the chest however. If you're saying that he is all black however, I would certainly suspect a crossbreed. With lab crossbreeds I have seen the markings that you have described on the toes.
In breed standard for a rottweiler having white markings other than an occasional white individual hair is a full disqualification.
Did they give you registration papers for this puppy?? Is he supposed to be a purebred?
