Hi all,

I have tried searching on the forum, as well as perusing through the general websites members have posted for training/club references. However, I have to ask those Rottie parents that live in the San Diego area: anyone have a reccomendation for private training/obedience classes?

I have the sweetest boy, Moose, who will be turning 2 in April. He is perfect in every way except for EXCITATION. He gets enough walks, exercise and attention, yet his first inclination when meeting someone (dog included) new is jumping and charging over to say hello. Needless to say, this scares a lot of people that don't know him.

We've been through the generic PetSmart classes and if I am quick enough to get him to sit and stay BEFORE he gets excited, that works...but omniscience aside, I think it's time for going back to school.
