Yep, I have seen guarantees like that. But very few Rottweilers become "crippled" with HD. For the most part people become emotionally attached to their dog, and even if the dog has mild HD owners typically keep their dogs. Because what is the breeder going to do with the dog when it is returned? They are going to put it down.
And on the occassion they do replace a pup, no big deal it is just a numbers game. |
