All a breeder can do is breed dogs with good hips, and give buyers all the information that he can. The best breeders, with the best dogs are still going to have pups with bad hips in this breed. The risk is with the puppy buyer, UNLESS the breeder assumes more responsibility under the terms of the contract. |
