spidey ,you state its irresponsible to allow your dog offlead anywhere it is either not permitted.
im guessing you mean in a public enviroment,buildt up area,what about in feilds ,forests ,mountains etc.
these dogs like all dogs are not just meant to be on the end of a lead.
how does anyone know their dogs behaviour,if they come across the unexpected. |
