i'm in miami.
no breed bans on rotties that i am aware of. only pit bulls are banned in miami.
although i have heard certain housing communities might have an issue with certain breeds.
sure, you might get a smart alec remark, but you would be legal if on leash.
make sure you have a health certificate or proof of vaccines...just in case.
