By visual examination you simply can't be
sure your bitch is a PB Rottie.
You can't get papers for her after the fact.
You have been given outstanding advice by the previous posters.
My suggestion is to read thru all the postings in this the Breeding forum to find out what real, COE breeder do.
Then read thru the postings in the Recsue forum to find out what BYBs do.
I leave it to you to figure out which category into which you'd fall should you breed your bitch.
