I'm afraid you may not like the answers you will get to your first post. But, we are all here to educate you and others about this wonderful breed (including when NOT to breed them).

You can't get registration papers for her. Because you know nothing about her genetic background, you have no way to try to guard against all the genetic defects this wonderful breed is prone to. You don't know that she doesn't either have some of them or is likely to pass them on, or both.

Breeding these dogs is very serious business. As has already been said, the shelters and rescues are full of Rotties who came from dogs like yours. Spay her and enjoy her as the wonderful pet she is. The males in question should likely be neutered, too, for the same reasons. Owners of males that are worthy of breeding are not asking to breed their boys to an unregistered female, no matter how nice a temperament she has.
