In the states it's called Canine Good Citizen...in Canada the same test is called Canine Good Neighbor.
Just do a google seach...and put in 'canine good citizen test" you should have something come up.
You should also look up the AKC website, there may be test dates and locations on the test will be given.
Often breed clubs give the test, as well as rescue organizations.
