The NRA is very powerful. Even after the Virginia Tech massacar they were pretty successful in fighting any significant changes in the gun law. A car can be a weapon - a knife can be a weapon. Practially anything can be a weapon. In all cases, the human wealding the weapon is liable - However, it is called CRIMINAL Justice for a reason. In too many instances The Criminal gets justice - not the victim.
