Yes, customs vary; however, education is universal.
I would suggest you do a search on crate training/kennels, and you will quickly learn that it is very humane. Kenneling your bitch while in season, and using all precautions from allowing an accidental mating while she is this young is the most responsible thing you as an owner MUST DO.
Allowing a seven month old female to get pregnant would be the cruelest thing you can do
You must also have her seperated from your intact males AT ALL TIMES!
