For having all of these intact dogs...you seem very ignorant about the facts.

You need to confine the female in heat now, and keep her away from any male dogs. A room in your house would be the best as would a crate in the room. There are no drugs, or tiring out a dog that will work to keep them away from a female in heat. You must also watch the the males do not start fighting among themselves.
The female will be just as anxious to get together with a male..so you must make sure she is safely contained.
Keep the female away from any males for the next 4 weeks just to be safe. Please don't come back here in a month and tell us about your "oops litter"
Sounds like you are going to have to change the set-up of the ways your dogs are living and confined. Once you have dogs in heat...they cannot all run around free.
