I also tell people when they switch to write a letter to their old insurance company telling them why they changed. Just be sure to mail the letter to the home office and not the agent. This way the corporate headquarters know the real reason and the agent can't make excuses as to why they are losing customers. |
This is a great idea. I think I too will send a letter to my State Farm agent.
