no i was not looking for a dog i was saying that there are people that support the usrc and say they support the rules are not. i know of a lot of so called ceo breeders that have breed litters that they call oops litter a real ceo breeder would not let such a thing happen. or have litter with dog that have not had there hip or any thing done on the dog and see the pup over sea as if the litter never happen or puting the litter in another persons name but the pups still have your kennel name. |
