Hey Moz, there were some recent passages in certain areas of OR and ID when I lived in OR and of course there is the infamous Denver, CO history of enforcement. In those places they used the paperwork filled out by the owner on the Dog License application to determine the breed of dog and hence enforcement. So basically the owners provided the information and in Denver for example they simply created a list of licensed pitbulls within the city. |
