| Re: Taz is not a deadbeat dad How sad is that. You let something happen that could have been prevented had you actually cared enough about your dogs. I own bitches. They have both been in heat and around male dogs for I do not keep them or me confined at home. But the owners of the males knew ahead of time, and I made sure to keep my girls separated. And trust me, taking a bitch in heat to a dog show is not an easy task. But we left there, a place where there were 100s of dogs, and she was not bred. The easy solution would have been to either crate the one when the other was out, or board the one if necessary. There is nothing cute about that happening, especially when your dogs are not even old enough for the necessary health testing. To prevent this from happening again, please spay and neuter your dogs. There are way too many dogs out there with health problems why create more. And there are way too many of those dogs that end up in shelters or PTS because of people who breed irresponsibly. Please do us all a favor and prevent future "accidents" from happening with you dogs. |
