Yes you should be very concerned that this baby puppy might have a UTI.
Marking his territory at 7 weeks of age
He should still be with his mother and litter mates.
Take him to the vet today. Not on Friday. I bet if you had a UTI you wouldn't be waiting unti Friday for medical attention.
