Hello,
I read the news about the 1-year old boy who was killed by a Rottweiler. Worse were the comments posted by the readers - the usual ones about how Rottweilers are evil killing machines and etc. It made my blood boil.
That said, I have realised a long time ago how more important it is to be a responsible owner of a breed like our beloved dogs. My girl Bessy gets lots of exercise, plus lots of training classes for the both of us.
The most harm Bessy will inflict on anyone is tonnes of wet licks.
Reading all those stories in the news about those dogs hurting children make me afraid for my own girl. Like you said, sometimes I just want to hide her at home to protect her
