I'd have the runt checked by the local vet usually the mother knows when something is wrong with the puppy. You can get formula and bottles and a heating pad and feed the runt, you have to keep it warm and clean it and massage the tummy the mother does this to stimulate digestion and move its bowels but I would call the vet for advice. |
