Well, Bailey is doing fine. She has been ok with other dogs so far (that she already knew) although there haven't been very many around her since this incident. She's acting quite normal, wanting to jump around, play etc but they are trying to keep her from doing the jumping. She seems to be her normal, happy puppy self getting into trouble which is a good thing. Physical wounds healing nicely and her "lampshade" has come off.
They haven't seen the owner since although I did coming home from work one night. So, he is still around...he was walking his two dogs to the park as I was driving by. My friends will catch up with him sooner or later.
