Firearm ownership and rottweiler ownership are quite the same, IMO. Buying a gun and sticking it in a drawer with no training or practice is akin to buying a rottie and chaining it in the backyard. :( It is neither the firearms fault or the dogs fault when they are 'let loose' and something bad happens.
Again-it is irresponsible owners that make it bad for the responsible ones. Instead of stricter legisation against ownership, there should be stricter consequences for this type of irresponsible behavior. <mad> |
