Sickening! I wonder if the vet could've placed this dog without telling owner. I am sure the owner didn't want to bury their dog or anything. I certainly would've be able to tell a lie to save this animal as it wouldn't have hurt anyone, not that I would be worried about THIS owner. I am totally disgusted.
