I did and I have been to Sri Lanka before. Do you have any idea how many homeless at large, half starved dogs I saw? I guess if I lived there I would be a dog lover first and a Rottie fanatic second by helping the homeless dogs that roam and search through garbage in order to survive. Now I don't know where in Sri Lanka he is vs. where I visited but I can't imagine it would be much different.
