I do a lot with Shane...somedays we'll run a couple miles...somedays a lot of 100 yard sprints...somedays some fast-paced hiking trails with a lot of hill climbing. I don't like tradmills for myself or my dog. I think treadmills mess up (shorten) their stride for German Sieger style shows.
