Are you serious? I completely disagree with you about pit bulls "by nature will attack other dogs." I have friends who have pits and they are all great animals with great temperaments. None have EVER attacked another dog, cat, anything. I thought being a rottie owner you'd know stereotyping breeds is a big no-no. So it's people like you that cause BSL.
