couple of questions...
is your dog still young...like under 8 months?
i have seen the exceesive gold on black before and as the dog aged, it fixed on its own.

other question...where the leg is uneven, is he missing any hair? does it look patchy?
if it does, you might want to get a skin scrape to check for mites.

other than that, if that was to stay, i would say it's no more than a serious fault...depending the judge. but yes, talk to your breeder, since she is the one most familiar with your line and how they have develped. he is a cute boy, though.
