I may be dreaming but I beleive that it can be done. The more negative exposure that this type of facility receives the better educated the public becomes. Lets face it only a minority of dog lovers will join a forum like this one. The general public owner and non-owners alike get most of their facts from the media. I never knew the extent of the puppy mills until I saw an expose done by "W-5" years back. Coincidentally after its airing, pressure was put on many provinces to pass legislation banning these large breeding practices. It worked! Now, it's the BYB breeder that will be hard to close down not to speak of the owners that think that it's in their dogs best interest to breed at least once! Urgh!
