They say the owner will be charged with animal cruely and a possible 6 month sentence in prison (will see if that happens...)
I just pray that they do not turn the dog back over to the jerk that almost took the dogs life, but most likely they will.
The laws in Canada just do not seem to be severe enough when it comes to animal cruelty/neglect. |
