I heard on the news that the owner of the dog came running out after his car alarm went off when they had to smash the window open to get the dog out.
The owner was abusive to the cruelty investigator, and then tried to snatch his dog away from him. The investigator took his handcuffs and handcuffed the owner to the car handle in the baking sun.
I thought that was a good idea...see how it feels.
I also heard on the news,,,,that no one is talking and not one witness will come forward about anyone hurting this guy. No one saw a thing.
The abuser cannot press any charges.
The dog is still critical.
