This is what I would do, block off part of the crate so that she has enough room to lay comfortably but not enough room to pee in one part and sleep in another. Rip newspaper into long strips to absorb any accidents and spread a large towel outside the crate in case she does pee so you can wipe her down when you bring her out. I don't see anything wrong with your feeding and water times. I would take her out 1 last time as late as you can and get up and let her out as early as you can. And finally put your head under the pillow and ride it out. If you ignore her whining it wont last as long as it does when you keep getting up. I also would not put her in the bedroom. Also with you going out of town and your husband working 4 night shifts this might just take care of itself.
