All I can say is, Caeser Milan's TV show is just that.... a TV show. You NEVER get to see the dogs that he can't 'rehabilitate'. You never get to see the horror stories of things that have gone wrong. Television producers want the public to see the happy stuff, and Caeser's show is no different. Why on earth would they want to show the ugly stuff and expect people to keep watching?
