Thanks for the tip on adding water to dry food. I just started him on a home cooked diet and I am going to see how well it works over the next few days. I will also look into canidae.

I am going to go to the vet tomorrow and see about switching the metronidazole to prednisone. I think I am also going to see about switching to the other vet in the office! I have dealt with him in the past and he is much more informative and compassionate!
