Re: Urn size?

Yes, Beth, I got your email and I thank you, very much.

I'm sure most everybody that has read this thread has figured out that I recently lost one of my dogs. (Well, duh, since I'm asking about urn sizes... I don't think THAT far ahead. )

My wonderful girl, Ruby, had to be put out of her misery this past Sunday morning. She was only 6 1/2 years old. She got visibly sick only on the 10th of June. We had a little trouble figuring out what was wrong with her and by the time we found out she had cancer (hemangiosarcoma on the spleen and a couple Autoimmune disorders) she was too far along to effectively help her. Almost nobody knew she was sick, so it was probably quite the dropped bomb when I informed friends and family. The outpouring of condolences has been very touching.

As I told her breeder, we accomplished so much, but we had so much more to do together.

Ruby is the first dog I've decided to have cremated and keep. (I've got quite the pet cemetery on my property.) So, the whole urn issue is a new one for me. I appreciate all the help given here. Thank you.
