Probably a 16 inch collar, maybe even an 18 inch. Just remember 2 fingers should fit sideways underneath the collar. As for as the crate goes a 24"D x 21"H x 18"W should be fine as it is meant for dogs up to 25 pounds, and at 8-9 weeks he should be basically that size. Good luck with the long road trip. Remember water, food, bowls, towels, and stop to take lots of potty breaks. |
