That is a great site Observer. I did also note the atricle 2 articles below the one you mentioned, concerning fatal attack statistics. Seems to me that the stronger the dog, the deadlier the attack.
The media, in my opinion, are likely to use the second article; like the one I mentioned, to skew opinion and overlook the real issue...chained, neglected, and un-neutered...as noted in the article you mentioned. |
