This is from Monica Segals booklet of home cooked recipes.

This is enough to feed a 100 lbs dog for a week.
For a Healthy, Moderately Active Dog.
It provides 41% protein and 38% fat.

28oz lamb, ground, cooked
30 oz stewing beef,cooked
26 oz beef heart, cooked
3 and 1/2oz beef liver, cooked
16 oz mackerel, canned
12 eggs,cooked
4 and 1/2 oz oysters,canned
42 oz pasta, cooked
16 oz winter squash,cooked
16 oz sweet potato,cooked
8 oz spinach, cooked
7 capsules Multi-Vitamin without copper and iron
7 capsules cod liver oil
7 capsules vitamin E (200 IU)
24 tsp bone meal
1 -1/4 tsp kelp
1500 mg magnesium citrate
3 tsp No-Salt

It makes alot...so I divide enough into containers for 2 meals per day...for the first couple of days and freeze the rest and pull out when I need.
Some days I feed kibble, some days they will have chicken necks as a meal, etc.
