Get him neutered!
You do not know his bloodlines...if these pups were dumped at this age..they come from poorly bred lines.
Just because your young pup is very nice now, does not mean he should be bred or that he will pass his genes onto his pups.

At this young age, you still have alot of training and work ahead of you with your pup. He may decide he does not like other male dogs, or wants to kill the neighbours cat.
He is not breeding material, he may be the best pet/companion, but he should be neutered and not bred.
