Good luck with your pup! |
Thanks for your response. I had to put my first rott to sleep becasue of osteocarcoma.(bone cancer) I was devastated. We had gotten a new pit bull pup,(boyfriend decided on the breed, I wanted a Rott) and he ran into her front leg and she started limping. I took her to the vet thinking it was a sprain and that's when he told me how bad she was. I was heartbroken. It took a long time, but I decided to get another dog. I just want to feed her the best food I can. When I saw controlled growth formula, I thought it was a good idea. Lucifer would eat ole roy if I gave it to her, unlike my first dog, she will eat anything. Lucifer is the complete opposite of Schemmy(first dog). I wish there weren't so many dog foods out there. I'm kinda a "good, better and best" kind of person. Her coat looks real good and she is a healthly weight and size, and lord knows she has more energy than I do, so in the grand scheme of things that's all that is important.
Thanks again,
Jeanne
