| Re: Costco's Kirkland dog food??? I don't understand why you’d want to bump down from feeding a premium food to one that isn’t.
In the long run, inexpensive food isn’t cheap. Because its ingredients are inferior, you have to feed more. Inexpensive food has fillers and other ingredients dogs can’t readily digest, so your dog can develop allergies and indications of irritation. Inexpensive can make you dog smell just plain bad.
How are your dogs losing interest in Innova? How old are they? Do you free feed?
Beet pulp is put into dog food as a cheap filler, not because it's good for your dog. |
