Stop feeding the dog rice!
If you want to add something extra to the dry food....feed a good quality canned food, or some chicken or beef (hamburger), or cooked eggs or cottage cheese or canned sardines or mackeral,etc.
By adding the rice you are just adding carbs....go for some good quality proteins instead.
He may be pooping huge amounts because of the brand of food you are feeding and the extra rice. I don't know what foods are available in Hong Kong?
