Well it may need some adjusing but with all the back yard breeding and inhumane puppy mills around. Would it not slow if not shut them down?
It appears to be about the welfare of the animals. ?????????
What type of adjustments would it take to make it work and not hurt small reputable breeders?
Or is that immpossible? |
