Aik Crosses over

This morning at 6:45 the telephone rang. It was my friend (and co-owner of my dog Aik) Susie.

Aik suffered either a stroke (or had a brain tumor??) and was in grave condition. His vet unfortunately said that allowing to cross over the bridge would be in his best interest.

Aik was a dog that gave his entire heart....to no matter what he was doing.

His accomplishments in the sport of Schutzhund were incredible. It was my honor to train him, work him and love him so very much.

The German Shepherd Dog world is minus one great dog today....and our hearts are so very heavy.

Aik you made me so proud....always. How I'm going to miss you my Bubba-boy. Susie gave you a kiss from me....but only you knew how much you meant to me. I missed you every day that you were with her; even though I know how happy you made her with being there...... We love you Aik.

See you at the Bridge-- I'm sure Vello is very happy to see you again . Have fun---until we meet again.

XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOX Mom and Susie

Run fast and Bite Hard Aik......I love you so.
