i believe it takes a few days...but if he was vaccinated a few weeks ago, that will show up on the titer as well.
i would run it for peace of mind...but, if god forbid, they act sick, have the vet see them. they are probably ok in immunity by now.
if they are eating, happy and ok, nothing to worry about.
call your vet in am and see what he advices you too.
