Ok, the mother Sheppard will not accept the new rottie pup and that is why she is attacking the new pup - as Gretchin indicated - do not let the new pup near the mother. She will kill it if given half a chance. Might I ask why you have taken on so many pups? It is generally felt that you should raise the dog you have now properly before getting new pups. Most breeders will not let littermates stay together and you have 2 pups from the bitch still there. I don't see good things down the road. good luck!
