This upsets me so much. There should be an ordinance against irresponsible dog owners, not dogs! I worry about where this will all go. Will the "dangerous" breeds die out??? Is that what these councils want? After dogs, will they start on children? What about getting rid of people with disabilities? Sorry, I just don't get it! |
