This is so sad and it makes me feel so ill. Why can't people be more responsible for their dogs and socialize them better? Hopefully the laws will change and have the dogs temperament tested and make sure each dog has their rabies, spayed/netured(sp), and other strict laws. If they are worried about those loose dogs, why can't they just trap them and get them off the streets? |
