Talking Possible parvo exposure

Last Monday my rescue group saved two 13 wk old brothers from the local shelter, beatuiful little boys, they each went to different foster homes. "B" went to a home south of me and "D" went to a local home. The foster mom who pulled the pups from the shelter transported "B" to his home, and kept "D". I ended up puppy-sitting for "D" while his mom went out of town. While I've had "D", we found out his brother had parvo, and succumbed to it despite thorough and constant love and medical care. "D" has shown no signs of slowing down, lack of appetite, or bloody stools. His fecal came back negative , and we're waiting on his CBC. He is still looking and acting healthy, but is on his 3rd day of tamiflu. MY boy Tucker, is current on all his shots and is healthy. My query is, if this puppy turns out to NOT have parvo, could he or Tucker be a carrier of the virus?
